Ingredients
  

  • Palm fruit
  • Hot water

Instructions
 

  • Wash your palm fruit properly. You may need to each 2-3 times for best results.
  • Transfer to a pot and add water to the level of the palm fruit.
  • Boil for 35-45 minutes or till soft.
  • Crush with either a mortar and pestle, a bottle or a food processor.
  • Pour hot water into the crushed palm fruit according to the consistency you want.
  • Squeeze out the chaff, strain and there you go!
  • You can store it in the freezer for up to 3 months.
