Who doesn’t love a good cupcake? Especially when they’re homemade cupcakes and bursting with flavor. I’m excited to share with you my tried-and-true recipe for Vanilla Cupcakes. Using the batter from my much-loved Vanilla Cake, these cupcakes are professional bakery-style crumbs that are simply irresistible.
What’s even better? These little sweet treats stay perfectly moist no more dry cupcakes.

Homemade Sweet Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 egg
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup oil
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp evaporated milk
FOR YOUR BATTER
- DIVIDE 2-3 TBSP BATTER YOU MIXED ABOVE
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp evaporated milk
- A PAN CUPCAKE MOULD
- 3 tbsp batter
- MAKE a PATTERN WITH CHOCOLATE BATTER
Instructions
- In an empty bowl, crack 2 eggs and beat for 1 min, put in your sugar, beat until fluffy, put in oil and vanilla essence then mix well.
- Mix well together, put in your sieved flour, baking powder and milk.
- In an empty bowl, put in 3 tablespoons batter from the batter you already mixed, and in your cocoa powder and milk.
- Mix to combine, pour it into a piping bag, then get your cupcake mould pan and grease it with oil and a little flour.
- Then put your batter in the pan one after the other.
- Use your chocolate batter to create a nice pattern on the batter then bake for 15-20 mins.
- Here you have your homemade sweet cupcakes.
