Hot water
Instructions
Wash your palm fruit properly. You may need to each 2-3 times for best results.
Transfer to a pot and add water to the level of the palm fruit.
Boil for 35-45 minutes or till soft.
Crush with either a mortar and pestle, a bottle or a food processor.
Pour hot water into the crushed palm fruit according to the consistency you want.
Squeeze out the chaff, strain and there you go!
You can store it in the freezer for up to 3 months.
