Eggless Carrot Loaf
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- ¾ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1 cup raisins/pecan nuts (optional)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¾ cup oil
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
