Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and starting out with a fiber-rich combo will be a good way to set your metabolism on the right speed. I use ground oats instead of flour to share my simple fluffy pancake recipe from scratch with a little twist.
Enjoy with coleslaw or a choice of fruit juice. I used a glass of water to take mine down.
Fluffy Ground Oat Pancake Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 cups ground oat
- 1½ cup powdered milk
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ cup sugar (optional)
- 1 cup water ( omit if using liquid milk)
Instructions
- Measure all ingredients into a bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients together until smoth.
- Grease a non stick pan with melted butter.
- Scoop batter onto the pan and allow to cook.
- Pan fry till golden brown on both sides.
- Enjoy with coleslaw or a choice of fruit juice.
Notes
Note: Once you see bubbles on the batter while pan frying, it can flip and cook the other side. Don't burn your pancake, please.
