Ingredients
  

  • 500 g oats
  • 1 medium-sized egg
  • 3 pieces bananas
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 50 g sugar
  • 30 ml evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Mix the dry ingredients together.
    Cinnamon powder, Pinch of salt, 50 g sugar, 1 tsp baking powder
  • In a blender or a stand mixer, mix the oats, banana, and dry ingredients.
    500 g oats, 3 pieces bananas
  • Pour the milk into the batter to form a paste. Mix for 5 minutes.
    30 ml evaporated milk
  • Pour the batter into a bowl.
    1 medium-sized egg
  • Turn on your cooker on a medium heat.
  • Place a non-stick pan on the cooker.
  • Pour 1/4 of the batter into the pan.
  • Cook until the surface is perforated.
  • Flip to cook the other side.
  • Serve with a coffee or hot chocolate drink
