Senior Editor, AFNAbuja, Nigeria
Blessing Nwosu has documented more recipes than anyone else on the African Food Network, with 125 dishes drawn from nineteen countries. Her work is the reason the archive has any real North African depth: sixty-three of her recipes come from Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco and Libya, a region most African recipe collections leave out altogether. She writes as readily about Senegalese fataya and Cameroonian sanga as about Tunisian couscous, and her range runs from main courses through soups to desserts and drinks. She worked with AFN from 2022 to 2023 and was based in Abuja.
