- Palm fruit
- Hot water
Instructions
- Wash your palm fruit properly. You may need to each 2-3 times for best results.
- Transfer to a pot and add water to the level of the palm fruit.
- Boil for 35-45 minutes or till soft.
- Crush with either a mortar and pestle, a bottle or a food processor.
- Pour hot water into the crushed palm fruit according to the consistency you want.
- Squeeze out the chaff, strain and there you go!
- You can store it in the freezer for up to 3 months.
