Ingredients

Diced Irish potatoes
Chopped gizzards
Carrots
Onions
Bell peppers
Seasoning
Worcestershire sauce
Chilli sauce
Cooking oil

Instructions

Wash and chop some gizzards.
Wash and dice some Irish potato.
Chop up the veggies.
Lightly season and bake/fry the gizzards.
Proceed to add the chopped veggies in bits till they are all combined.
Season to taste based on your preference.
Lastly add the baked potatoes and... food is READY.
