A Branful morning! A quick delight of all bran flakes mixed with plain yoghurt and fruit additions of juicy red globe grapes and crunchy pomegranate arils garnished with chia seeds.
Bran Flakes Mixed with Plain Yoghurt
Ingredients
- 250 ml ready to eat All bran flakes (brand of your choice)
- 125 ml plain yoghurt, low fat/full fat/ double cream
- 60 ml fresh milk, optional
- 125 ml red globe grapes, cut in halves
- 75 ml pomegranate arils
- 5 ml chia seeds
Instructions
- Pour 250ml of all bran flakes of your choice into a mixing bowl.
- Add 125ml of yoghurt (including milk if desired) and mix in using a tablespoon until flakes are evenly coated with yoghurt.
- Transfer the flakes to a breakfast serving bowl and add the fruits.
- Sprinkle with chia seeds and serve.
