Zineb Hattab is a chef from Morocco, named to the AFN 100 in 2025 for winning the Swiss Culinary Merit, one of seven professionals honoured in Switzerland.
In April 2025 Moroccan-born chef Zineb Hattab was reported as a winner of the Swiss Culinary Merit, a distinction given to seven outstanding professionals in Switzerland. She grew up in Spain, where her parents settled, and runs two Zurich restaurants: KLE, Switzerland's first plant-based restaurant to hold both a red and a green Michelin star, and DAR, which carries a stronger Moroccan influence.
