Vusi Ndlovu is a chef and co-founder from South Africa, named to the AFN 100 in 2025 for earning one knife at The Best Chef Awards for EDGE in Cape Town.
In October 2025 Vusi Ndlovu received one knife at The Best Chef Awards for EDGE, the Cape Town restaurant he co-founded with Absie Pantshwa. He was one of 15 South African chefs honoured in the global guide that year, in a list led by Peter Tempelhoff of FYN with three knives. Ndlovu, who trained under David Higgs and Luke Dale Roberts, cooks with open flame.
