Tobi Fletcher is a convener from Nigeria, named to the AFN 100 in 2025 for convening the seventh Ofada Rice Day, which drew more than 8,000 guests.
On 7 December 2025 Tobi Fletcher convened the seventh Ofada Rice Day at Muri Okunola Park, Victoria Island, Lagos. Vanguard reported more than 8,000 guests and called it Nigeria's largest indigenous food festival. The edition also hosted the global unveiling of Ofadabration Canada. Fletcher, Creative Director of Ofadaboy, says his great-grandfather was the first Ofada rice farmer and that his link to the grain runs deeper than business.
