Sinoyolo Sifo (The Cooking Husband) is a food influencer and cookbook author from South Africa, named to the AFN 100 in 2025 for publishing his second cookbook, listed by the Post among the year's hottest.
In June 2025 Ranks Africa named Sinoyolo Sifo, The Cooking Husband, among Africa's 100 Most Impactful People in Travel and Tourism. In July Penguin Random House South Africa published his second cookbook, with more than 80 recipes, and in December the Post listed it among the year's hottest cookbooks. A pharmacist from Mthatha who taught himself to cook, he uses his platform to get more men cooking and to challenge kitchen stereotypes.
