Nicola Kagoro (Chef Cola) is a vegan chef and creator; founder from Zimbabwe, named to the AFN 100 in 2025 for becoming the first Zimbabwean chef on Amazon Prime's Dish It Out.
In September 2025 NewsDay reported that Zimbabwean vegan chef Nicola Kagoro, known as Chef Cola, would appear on Dish It Out, an Amazon Prime cooking series, alongside cook and TV host Tilly Ramsay, a first for a Zimbabwean chef. She founded African Vegan on a Budget, a plant-based brand working in Zimbabwe and South Africa to show that healthy vegan eating is possible on a limited budget.
