Mostafa Seif is an executive chef from Egypt, named to the AFN 100 in 2025 for leading Khufu's to fourth place and Best Restaurant in Egypt at MENA's 50 Best.
At Middle East and North Africa's 50 Best Restaurants 2025, held in Abu Dhabi on 28 January, Khufu's, where Mostafa Seif is executive chef, ranked fourth in the region and was named the Best Restaurant in Egypt. It led the seven Egyptian restaurants on the list. Khufu's sits beside the Giza pyramids, and The Best Chef Awards lists Seif in its 2025 guide, where he now holds two knives.
