Moses Moloi is a chef from South Africa, named to the AFN 100 in 2025 for winning South Africa's Best Chef 2025 and one knife at The Best Chef Awards.
In April 2025 Moses Moloi won Best Chef 2025 at the South Africa Restaurant Awards. In October The Best Chef Awards gave him one knife for GIGI in Johannesburg, one of 15 South African chefs honoured in the global guide that year and one of only two from Johannesburg, with Wandile Mabaso. The two honours, one at home and one international, made 2025 a standout year for him.
