Madzou Moukassa is a chef and founder from Republic of Congo, named to the AFN 100 in 2025 for seeing Le Congo dans l'assiette shortlisted at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards.
In October 2025 Congolese chef Madzou Moukassa's book "Le Congo dans l'assiette" was shortlisted at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards, in the category for African books in languages other than English. Through 2M Service, the hospitality training institute he founded in Brazzaville, he trains young cooks, and his "De la terre à l'assiette" concept promotes African produce from farm to plate.
