Hilda Baci is a chef and food entrepreneur from Nigeria, named to the AFN 100 in 2025 for cooking the largest pot of jollof rice ever, confirmed by Guinness World Records.
On 12 September 2025 Hilda Baci cooked 8,780 kilograms of jollof rice in a single pot in Victoria Island, Lagos, far above the 4,700 kilograms required, and Guinness World Records confirmed it three days later as the largest pot of jollof rice ever cooked. In November 2025 she was named Chef of the Year at AFIA 2025, African Food Network's own awards, which cited her record and her festival appearances.
