George Tumaini (George's Kitchen) is a food creator from Tanzania, named to the AFN 100 in 2025 for becoming Tanzania's first cooking creator nominated for Food Creator at TikTok's African awards.
In November 2025 George Tumaini, the Tanzanian creator behind George's Kitchen, was nominated for Food Creator of the Year at the TikTok Awards Sub-Saharan Africa, alongside creators from South Africa, Ghana and Kenya. His cooking videos blend food with Swahili culture, and he often cooks wearing a traditional kanga. He said he was the second Tanzanian, and the first cooking creator from the country, to be nominated.
