Fayçal Bettioui is a founder and head chef from Morocco, named to the AFN 100 in 2025 for winning the One To Watch Award at MENA's 50 Best Restaurants for Table 3.
In January 2025 Table 3, Fayçal Bettioui's tasting-menu restaurant in Casablanca, won the American Express One To Watch Award at Middle East and North Africa's 50 Best Restaurants. He opened it in June 2024 in the Casablanca neighbourhood where he grew up, after more than two decades cooking abroad. His menu pairs Moroccan produce with French technique and Japanese simplicity, and he called the restaurant a dream he had nurtured for years.
