Editha Mshiu is a founder from Tanzania, named to the AFN 100 in 2025 for winning a GoGettaz Impact Award for a portable cool box that works without electricity.
In September 2025, at the Africa Food Systems Forum in Dakar, Editha Mshiu won a US$15,000 Impact Award in the GoGettaz Agripreneur Prize, chosen from more than 2,000 entries. Her company, Freshpack Technologies, has developed an affordable, portable, AI-enabled cool box that lets farmers and traders store fresh produce in places without electricity, cutting the losses that come when vegetables spoil before they reach market.
