Dieuveil Malonga is a chef and founder from Republic of Congo, named to the AFN 100 in 2025 for seeing Meza Malonga listed at La Liste Africa and shortlisted for Rwanda's Best Restaurant.
In September 2025 Morocco World News listed Meza Malonga, Dieuveil Malonga's restaurant in Rwanda, among Africa's culinary stars at La Liste Africa 2025 in Marrakech, and called him a visionary chef. The same year Meza Malonga was one of five nominees for Rwanda's Best Restaurant at the World Culinary Awards. Born in Linzolo in the Republic of Congo, Malonga also founded Chefs in Africa, a network that trains and promotes African chefs.
