Desmond Koney is a CEO from Ghana, named to the AFN 100 in 2025 for winning €2.2 million from AgriFI as Complete Farmer passed 50,000 farmers.
In July 2025 AgFunderNews reported that Complete Farmer, the Ghanaian agritech company Desmond Koney leads as CEO, had won €2.2 million from the EU-backed AgriFI fund and was raising a US$22 million Series A. The platform then had more than 50,000 farmers, about 90% of them following its growing protocols, and aimed to reach at least 150,000 within a year and 500,000 within three.
