Chizoma Chukwueke is a founder and CEO from Nigeria, named to the AFN 100 in 2025 for staging the Firewood Jollof Festival, where chefs from four countries cooked their own jollof.
Chizoma Chukwueke, founder and CEO of Firewood Jollof Nigeria, staged the 2025 Firewood Jollof Festival at Muri Okunola Park, Victoria Island, under the theme "Unifying African Jollof". Chefs from Ghana, Senegal, Sierra Leone and Nigeria each cooked their country's jollof, turning an old rivalry into a collaboration. She said the crowd beat the roughly 10,000 visitors of 2024, and Access Bank was lead sponsor.
