O'miel Moundounga (Chef O'Miel) is a chef and organiser from Gabon, named to the AFN 100 in 2025 for leading the Semaine de la gastronomie gabonaise and presenting a Gabonese cuisine schoolbook.
From 5 to 8 August 2025 Chef O'Miel led the Semaine de la gastronomie gabonaise at the Baie des Rois in Libreville, held with Gabon's Ministry of National Education, Civic Instruction and Vocational Training. During the week he presented "Le Gabon par l'assiette", described as the first school textbook dedicated to Gabonese cuisine, for vocational cookery courses. A Gabonese gastronomy schoolbook credited to him was also shortlisted at the 2025 Gourmand Awards.
