Abla Dzifa Gomashie is a minister of tourism from Ghana, named to the AFN 100 in 2025 for staging Ghana's AfroGastro Festival in Accra and calling gastronomy a pillar of tourism.
Abla Dzifa Gomashie's ministry staged the AfroGastro Festival at Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park, Accra, on 17 and 18 October 2025, with all 16 of Ghana's regions set to take part. A Bird Story Agency report counted chefs from 12 African and diaspora nations plating modern jollof. Gomashie called gastronomy a strategic pillar of Ghana's tourism and export plans, saying food is not only about taste but also about trade.
