Abena Amoakoaa Sintim-Aboagye (Chef Abbys) is a food content creator from Ghana, named to the AFN 100 in 2025 for making TIME's first TIME100 Creators list and winning three Pulse Influencer Awards.
In July 2025 Abena Amoakoaa Sintim-Aboagye, known as Chef Abbys, was named to TIME's first TIME100 Creators list for TikTok videos of dishes from Ghanaian jollof to Burkinabé babenda and Beninese amiwo. In November she won Food Influencer, TikTok Influencer and Most Innovative Influencer of the Year at Ghana's Pulse Influencer Awards, and in December she was runner-up for Food Creator of the Year at the TikTok Awards Sub-Saharan Africa.
