Number 16 on the 2024 list
Vusi Ndlovu is a chef and co-founder from South Africa, named to the AFN 100 in 2024 for being named a Wanted culinary trailblazer for EDGE and its pop-ups across South Africa.
In November 2024 Wanted magazine named Vusi Ndlovu among South Africa's culinary trailblazers. With restaurateur Absie Pantshwa he co-founded EDGE, which began as a temporary restaurant at the Belmond Mount Nelson in Cape Town and grew into a series of pop-up events across the country, with a sister venue, Mlilo, a live-fire eatery at Time Out Market Cape Town. His menus draw on travels across South Africa and the continent.
