Mostafa Seif is a chef from Egypt, named to the AFN 100 in 2024 for earning a Best Chef Awards knife for Khufu's, named Egypt's Best Restaurant.
Mostafa Seif received one knife in The Best Chef Awards 2024 guide for Khufu's, the restaurant beside the Giza pyramids where he cooks. In the same year the World Culinary Awards named Khufu's Egypt's Best Restaurant, and in February 2024 it was the highest-ranked Egyptian restaurant on the MENA's 50 Best Restaurants list, at number five. He was one of very few chefs working in Egypt in the global guide.
