Issam Rhachi is an executive chef from Morocco, named to the AFN 100 in 2024 for earning a Best Chef Awards knife for Tfaya, his Moroccan brasserie in Marrakech.
Issam Rhachi received one knife in The Best Chef Awards 2024 guide for Tfaya in Marrakech, one of two chefs from the city in that year's guide, alongside Karim Ben Baba. Tfaya is the Moroccan brasserie at the Park Hyatt Marrakech, and he is the executive chef who conceived it, building its menu around the regional flavours of Morocco and giving the country's cooking a place in a global ranking.
