Hilda Baci is a chef and food content creator from Nigeria, named to the AFN 100 in 2024 for being named Food Influencer of the Year at Nigeria's Pulse Influencer Awards.
In October 2024 Hilda Baci was named Food Influencer of the Year at Nigeria's Pulse Influencer Awards. The win came more than a year after her June 2023 cooking marathon of 93 hours and 11 minutes, which entered the Guinness World Records. In January 2024 Africanews still used her feat as the reference point as other African chefs set out to break cooking records, a sign of how far her influence had spread.
