Henintsoa Moretti is a chef from Madagascar, named to the AFN 100 in 2024 for publishing Haka Fy Tsiro, recipes gathered from 21 of Madagascar's regions.
On 11 February 2024 Malagasy chef Henintsoa Moretti launched her book Haka Fy Tsiro at her Hakafy Authentic Restaurant in Andohalo: 22 recipes collected from 21 of Madagascar's regions after two and a half years of research. Her findings also aired on TVM in the programme Lakozia mitety faritra, as she began a second year of partnership with Madagascar's national tourism office.
