Big Zuu, a London broadcaster and TV cook whose mother is from Sierra Leone, fronted Big Zuu's 12 Dishes in 12 Hours, which began on ITV1 on 6 January 2024. Across six episodes he and celebrity guests visited European cities, tasting 12 local dishes in a limited time, from street food to fine dining. The series was co-produced by Twofour and Big Productions, his own production label.
