Ayman Baky is a founder from Egypt, named to the AFN 100 in 2024 for placing three of his group's restaurants on the MENA's 50 Best Restaurants list.
Ayman Baky set up Baky Hospitality Group in 2013 and opened its first restaurant, Sachi, in 2014, after starting out in nightlife. When the MENA's 50 Best Restaurants list was announced in February 2024, three restaurants from the Sachi and Kazoku names his group built were on it: Kazoku at number 12, Sachi in Giza at number 15 and Sachi in Heliopolis at number 33. Only Khufu's ranked higher among Egypt's entries.
