Saikou Bojang is a chef from Gambia, named to the AFN 100 in 2023 for working as an executive chef in ten countries before returning home to The Gambia.
Saikou Bojang was born in Kafuta, and raised in Brikama on the south bank of The Gambia. He found his passion in cooking. He worked as an executive chef in ten different countries. A couple of years ago, he returned to his home country, The Gambia, with many cooking experiences to share with his fellow sisters and brothers.
