Nelson Michael, also known as Chef Cupid, a self-taught pastry chef inspired by his mother's catering background, dedicated himself to perfecting pastry making, food styling, and photography. Joining Red Dish Chronicles Lagos in 2016 as an instructor, he imparts his expertise in French pastry and baking to hundreds of students. Winner of Bailey’s Bake Fest 2, Chef Cupid is a true testament to triumph over challenges, fueled by a passion for being and staying the best. Beyond teaching, his work extends to shooting commercials for various food brands.
