Mostafa Seif, the Executive Chef of Pier88 Group in Egypt, began his culinary journey with street food and swiftly rose to prominence. His mastery bloomed at ESCA, shaping his passion in the Army Mess Hall. Graduating from the Culinary Arts Academy in 2013, he aimed to redefine Egyptian cuisine, becoming a trailblazer in New Egyptian culinary arts. Renowned for humility, he's acclaimed as one of the Middle East's finest chefs. His latest venture, Khufu’s, nestled by the pyramids, marks another milestone in his flavorful legacy.
