Chef Packson, hailing from Lwengo, Uganda, has spent 13 years perfecting his culinary craft. He is currently the Executive Sous Chef at La’Venti Hotel. Beyond the kitchen, he founded "Table Affair Caterers," offering top-notch catering and training for aspiring hotel staff. Chef Packson is also certified by the Uganda Chefs Association.
