Chef Assad is a chef and restaurateur specializing in the preparation and seasoning of lamb meat, owner of restaurant Chef Assad - Steak Land Oran. His first experience was during his national service period when he was a cook dedicated to catering to senior officers. Following his arrival in Algeria, the idea began to take shape in his mind until the day it became a reality. He therefore opened his own restaurant Steak Land Oran and since then the adventure has begun.
