Spiced Curry Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 chicken breast
- Large Onion cuts
- Sliced Carrots
- 2 green bell peppers
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 yellow bell peppers
- Large cabbage cuts
- Blended scotch bonnet peppers
- Corn starch slurry (mixture of cornstarch and water)
- ½ tsp sazon everything mix seasoning
- ½ tsp all purpose mix
- Seasoning cubes to taste
- ½ tsp curry
- Splash of sesame oil
Instructions
- Heat a splash of sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until no longer pink.
- Add sliced onion, carrots, bell peppers, and cabbage to the pan.
- Stir-fry until vegetables start to soften.
- Add 1/2 tsp Sazon seasoning, 1/2 tsp all-purpose seasoning, 1/2 tsp curry powder, and seasoning cubes to taste.
- Stir well to coat chicken and vegetables.
- Pour in blended scotch bonnet peppers and mix thoroughly.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for a few minutes to blend flavors.
- Gradually add cornstarch slurry, stirring constantly, until desired thickness is reached.
