Waiting for a cook
Zimbabwe
Muboora is the Shona word for pumpkin leaves and tender shoots, and muboora nedovi is the relish of those leaves, wilted in a little water and finished with peanut butter (dovi) so they turn creamy and nutty. It is the most common vegetable dish on a Zimbabwean table in the rainy season, eaten with sadza, and the same idea runs through Zambia's ifisashi and Eswatini's umbidvo wetintsanga. The pumpkin flowers go in too when there are any.
The draft was written from 4 published sources and holds 7 ingredients and 5 steps. It has never been cooked by anybody at AFN, which is why it is waiting.
