Waiting for a cook
Zambia
Ifisashi is the everyday Zambian relish of leafy greens cooked down in a sauce of ground raw peanuts. The name means "groundnut sauce", and the greens change with the season: pumpkin leaves (chibwabwa), sweet potato leaves, cassava leaves, rape, cabbage or spinach. It is eaten with nshima at lunch and dinner, on its own or beside meat or kapenta, and it is one of the few dishes almost every Zambian household cooks every week.
The draft was written from 3 published sources and holds 9 ingredients and 6 steps. It has never been cooked by anybody at AFN, which is why it is waiting.
