Homemade Chicken Mayo Pies
Ingredients
For the Pie Crust
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup water
- 125 gram margarine
For the Filling
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 4 tablespoon mayonnaise
- Shredded Chicken
Instructions
- Pour 2 cups of flour in a bowl, add the salt and then the egg.
- Boil the water and then add the butter.
- Take the hot mixture and then add to the bowl with flour.
- Mix with a spatula, on a floured surface, knead and then transfer to a plastic and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- In a pan of oil, add the onion and peppers.
- Mix with the flour and then add 1 cup of water with chicken stock.
- Mix in the Mayonnaise and let cool.
- Roll the flour till very thin, cut and then add the filling.
- Close off with another piece and use a fork to seal in everything.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes at 190 degrees. Enjoy️
