For the Pie Crust

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup water
  • 125 gram margarine

For the Filling

  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 4 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Shredded Chicken


  • Pour 2 cups of flour in a bowl, add the salt and then the egg.
  • Boil the water and then add the butter.
  • Take the hot mixture and then add to the bowl with flour.
  • Mix with a spatula, on a floured surface, knead and then transfer to a plastic and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  • In a pan of oil, add the onion and peppers.
  • Mix with the flour and then add 1 cup of water with chicken stock.
  • Mix in the Mayonnaise and let cool.
  • Roll the flour till very thin, cut and then add the filling.
  • Close off with another piece and use a fork to seal in everything.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes at 190 degrees. Enjoy️
