Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 250 gram margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • ½ cup raisins or cake mix

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the dry ingredients, then the wet ingredients and pour to the dry ingredients.
  • Stir until it forms a dough.
  • Scoop with a spoon and place on a baking tray. DO NOT SHAPE.
  • Preheat overnight at 180 degrees and then bake till golden brown.
