Amaka Nwakalor-Egemba, president (Nigeria), figure dans l’AFN 100 2024 pour becoming president of the Culinary Arts Practitioners Association of Nigeria.
In October 2024, around International Chefs Day, Amaka Nwakalor-Egemba became president of the Culinary Arts Practitioners Association of Nigeria, taking over from Rukayat Momoh, whose term since 2021 brought reforms to culinary education and the association's awards. The founder of Dish L'Afrique, she set out plans to recruit members, give Nigeria's culinary sector more visibility and structure, and build local and international partnerships.
