Abiola Akanji, known as Chef Stone, was raised in Lagos, Nigeria, and honed culinary skills abroad before formal training at the French Culinary Institute in NYC. His early passion for food, cultivated by bonding moments in the kitchen with his mother, led to a lifelong love for cooking. Today, he owns culinary schools in Lagos and Abuja, also owns restaurants in Abuja where he shares his expertise, and showcases the culmination of his unique culinary journey.
