En attente d'un cuisinier
Tunisia
Zouza (also jouza, "the walnut") are little biscuits shaped like walnut shells, baked in a hinged iron mould over the flame, then filled with caramel made by boiling a tin of sweetened condensed milk and pressed together in pairs. The shell is a plain butter biscuit dough; the surprise is the soft caramel inside, sometimes with a hazelnut hidden in the middle. They are made by the hundred for Eid, weddings and Ramadan evenings, and every Tunisian household with a zouza mould has its own dough proportions.
Le brouillon a été écrit à partir de 3 sources publiées et compte 9 ingrédients et 8 étapes. Personne chez AFN ne l'a jamais cuisiné, et c'est pourquoi il attend.
