En attente d'un cuisinier
Burkina Faso
Zoom-koom means "flour water" in Mooré, and it is Burkina Faso's welcome drink, the glass offered to a guest before anything else: raw millet flour whisked into water with ginger, tamarind, sugar, sometimes pineapple, a pinch of chilli, and served cold over ice. It is thick, sweet, sour and spicy at once, and filling enough to count as food; Ouagadougou's tourism fair has asked for it to be listed as intangible heritage. Northern Ghana makes the same drink as zomkom, with cloves and fermented whey.
Le brouillon a été écrit à partir de 2 sources publiées et compte 8 ingrédients et 6 étapes. Personne chez AFN ne l'a jamais cuisiné, et c'est pourquoi il attend.
