En attente d'un cuisinier
Tanzania
Maharage ya nazi is simply "beans with coconut" in Swahili, and it is the everyday protein of the Tanzanian coast and Zanzibar: red kidney beans boiled soft, then simmered in a fried base of red onion, tomato, garlic and ginger with cumin, coriander and turmeric, and finished with thick coconut milk. It is eaten over rice, with ugali, or scooped up with chapati, and it is the dish that shows the Indian and Arab spice trade sitting on an African bean pot. Kenya has a close cousin, maharagwe; the Tanzanian pot is a little drier and spicier.
Le brouillon a été écrit à partir de 2 sources publiées et compte 12 ingrédients et 7 étapes. Personne chez AFN ne l'a jamais cuisiné, et c'est pourquoi il attend.
